Terms of Service

By accessing or using the PropYaar platform — including its web application, mobile application, APIs, and any associated services (collectively, the 'Platform') — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PropYaar Pvt. Ltd. ('PropYaar', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

If you are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of a business entity — such as a real estate agency, brokerage firm, builder, or property management company — you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, 'you' refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 15 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including real estate agents, brokers, builders, developers, property owners, landlords, property managers, channel partners, and any other persons or entities accessing the Platform for professional real estate purposes.
